This is an awesome nano for sure! 65 added Heal Delta means +1950HP of natural regeneration per min.

Does this drop and if so, where? The "unimproved" version of the same QL only adds 14 to Heal Delta so it would be worth it.

Wrong.
Stam >810 (Means you need 811 Stam) to get the 2 second HP Delta.
Psy >780 (Means you need 781 Psy) to get the 2 second Nano Delta.
Bodydev only adds 1hp/sec per 100 points invested. (So 1000 bodydev = 10HP/sec extra).
