I use this formula alot. It's quick and you won't be waiting for it to go off before you can do something else. If you average the damage-per-second though, it's the same as other similar leveled nano formulas. Sometimes, it takes a second after the games SAYS I can use it again, to actually use it again. That bugs me alot. So I switch to Frosty Welcome sometimes, because it takes a bit longer to cast, does more damage and doesn't have that weird, inconsistant wait period after your little orange nano recharge bar goes away. Maybe it's lag, I dunno.

These "micro flechette" nanos suck, if no one noticed.
Recharge sucks for NTs because we cannot affect it whereas we can lower casting speed to other nanos VIA nano c. init
